What to expect

At Bumper Clinic, we offer a transparent process with clear estimates, quality repairs, and continuous updates, ensuring your satisfaction every step of the way.

Contact Us

The first step in the bumper repair process is to contact us — either by calling (206) 928-2744 or filling out our online contact form. We’ll request photos or videos of the damage to your vehicle, and once we’ve reviewed them, we can provide you with an estimate within minutes.

If you’re satisfied with the quote, we’ll schedule a bumper repair appointment at a date, time, and location that’s most convenient for you. You’ll receive a confirmation text the day before the appointment, and your technician will arrive promptly as scheduled.

Your Technician Arrives

On the day of your appointment, your technician will arrive at the repair site in a clearly marked Bumper Clinic vehicle. We’ll contact you upon arrival so you can meet us at your car. The technician will perform a quick in-person assessment to confirm the initial estimate.

They’ll then begin the repair, explaining each step if you’d like. Most repairs take 2-3 hours, so you can either watch the process or go about your day while we complete the job.

The Work Begins

We start by prepping the area, thoroughly cleaning it and removing any dust or debris. Next, we reshape the dent and restore your bumper to its original form using a specialized heat tool.

Once the damaged area is back in place and cooled down, we’ll apply filler if needed and sand the surface to level it. We then paint your vehicle with two coats of market-leading PPG paints, computer color-matched to your original paint job, and finish with a final clear coat.

At Bumper Clinic, we offer a 3-year satisfaction guarantee on all our repairs. While we take great pride in the quality of our work, your satisfaction is our top priority.

Car Demage Photo

For the most accurate estimate, please submit multiple well-lit photos: one close-up of the damage and another wider shot for context. If the damage is subtle, capture it from an angle to highlight any distortions.
